If you don’t know about Rambutans, you should. These fruit look spikey or furry on the outside, but when you crack them open it’s like a large white grape with a core like a plum. They are really tasty. I first tried them in Sri Lanka, apparently they aren’t in season all that often.

  1. In Costa Rica they are called Lychee. (I think they are the same thing… so yummy!)
