If you don’t know about Rambutans, you should. These fruit look spikey or furry on the outside, but when you crack them open it’s like a large white grape with a core like a plum. They are really tasty. I first tried them in Sri Lanka, apparently they aren’t in season all that often.

In Costa Rica they are called Lychee. (I think they are the same thing… so yummy!)
